Linda, a qualified wedding officiant, is kind and open-minded. The perfect wedding, in her opinion, is one that authentically conveys the depths of a couple’s love for one another. They should be happy and full of gratitude knowing they have found the one person to complete and enrich their lives. Linda works with couples to create a delicate balance between individuality, tradition, and creativity in order to create a distinctive and creative wedding ceremony. Linda exudes warmth, patience, optimism, and friendliness.

Linda is a retired educator who received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD, and her M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Maryland College in Westminster, MD. She taught grades three, four, and five at Calvert County Public Schools before retiring in 2014.

Linda, who has been married to her husband for over 45 years, spent many years traveling the east coast as a Navy wife. She and her husband have three grown children and is known as “Nonna” to her five grandchildren. She is licensed to perform weddings in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Linda resides in Maryland.

She has had her poetry published and writes with great passion. She has written several short stories and a play as a result of her creative writing. Her interests also include reading, boating, gardening, cooking, and hanging out with loved ones in addition to writing.
